WHERE TRUST MEETS TAX RELIEF
Integrity Tax Defense exists to restore peace of mind to individuals and business owners facing IRS and state tax problems by providing clear guidance, strong advocacy, and ethical representation—so our clients can move forward with confidence, dignity, and relief.
Independent Firm Disclosure
Integrity Tax Defense is an independently owned tax resolution firm. We are not affiliated with any other tax preparation or tax relief companies with similar names.
Integrity Tax Defense operates as a DBA of RDG Tax Advisory LLC, a U.S.-based tax advisory and resolution firm.

We provide strategic tax resolution and full audit representation, including stopping wage garnishments, addressing liens and levies, resolving back taxes, and navigating IRS audits.
Clients work directly with an experienced Enrolled Agent who explains their rights, evaluates all available relief options, and manages communication and negotiations with the IRS from start to finish. Instead of stress and uncertainty, our clients gain a clear plan forward, personalized attention, and a trusted advocate handling the process on their behalf.
During the Initial consultation we will evaluate your situation and discuss available options for resolving your IRS problems. At the end of your consultation, and if we determine you are a good fit for our firm – you will be given the opportunity to retain us as your tax representative. You’ll be required to sign an engagement letter and make financial arrangements to pay for our tax help services. We will file a power of attorney with IRS, giving you immediate relief from dealing with the IRS. From this point on, IRS will be required to contact us and not you. We will gather information from IRS to see what they say you owe, what returns they have on file, what returns you need to file, the penalties they have imposed, and the collection status of your account.
Before any negotiation/settlement will be accepted by IRS, you must become a compliant taxpayer. Compliance means all past due income tax returns must be prepared and filed. It also means you must be “current” on your quarterly estimated income tax payments and/or withholding tax at the correct rate for wage earners. You can work with one of our trusted tax preparation partners or complete your compliance requirement with a preparer of your choosing.
We will develop a plan of resolution with the IRS that you can live with and see it through the entire process. We will negotiate with the IRS on your behalf, prepare all documentation and manage deadlines. The progress of the plan will be monitored until the resolution you qualify for is achieved. Once the IRS agrees to the settlement, we will review to make sure it is what we agreed upon. When everything is completed, you will be advised of the requirements you must meet in order to succeed with your resolution and to avoid future tax problems.
